When a Team Leader submits a document for executive review from inside their Strategy Room, it appears in your queue with a pending badge — you don't have to go looking for it. Approve, reject with a reason, or reverse an earlier decision. Every action is logged against the room it came from. Sign-off isn't a single-person bottleneck either: name up to 5 key executives on the org, and each gets their own approval on record.
